GARDENER SUPERVISOR (STELLENBOSCH)

Requirements :

• 23 years experience in a supervisory gardening role.
• Valid drivers licence.
• Knowledge of landscaping techniques and regional plant life.
• Understanding of fertilizers, pest control, and plant health.
• Familiarity with health and safety practices in landscaping.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for the outdoors and plant care.
