Gardener Supervisor

The ideal candidate will have a deep love for the outdoors and plant life, ensuring the health and beauty of the estate's green spaces. The role requires an individual who can work independently, handle multiple tasks, and manage a team to ensure all gardening tasks are completed to a high standard.

Candidate Requirements :

• 2-3 years' experience as a Garden Supervisor.
• Extensive knowledge of regional plant life.
• Knowledge of local pests and how to eliminate them.
• Familiarity with landscaping design.
• Knowledge of synthetic and natural fertilizers.
• Ability to operate professional gardening equipment and machinery.
• The ability to remain on your feet for long periods and lift heavy objects.
• Knowledge of state health and safety regulations for landscaping.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
