Were hiring a Head of Onboarding Products to lead and grow the onboarding product function. This is a strategic leadership role is responsible for :
Verification strategy (age identity source of funds / wealth).
Core onboarding flows for all markets and brands.
Driving measurable improvements in onboarding conversion verification efficiency and overall customer experience.
You are a product leader with deep experience in fintech or gambling environments skilled at balancing business objectives with risk compliance and seamless user journeys. You have proven people leadership skills and can grow and inspire a multi-disciplinary team.

What youll be doing
As part of your role your responsibilities will include :
Define onboarding product strategy : set the roadmap for verification and onboarding flows aligned to business goals and customer experience KPIs.
Lead the team : manage Verification Strategy and Classic Onboarding product teams fostering collaboration innovation and accountability.
Optimize onboarding journeys : improve conversion verification success rates and reduce drop-offs while maintaining compliance and fraud controls.
Partner with cross-functional teams : collaborate with Fraud Payments Product R&D Markets and Compliance to ensure seamless integration of onboarding flows.
Data-driven decision making : leverage analytics to identify friction points prioritise initiatives and measure impact on business and user metrics.
Vendor management : oversee external verification vendors ensuring they meet performance compliance and integration requirements.
Innovation & continuous improvement : research emerging onboarding and verification technologies best practices and implement improvements to enhance speed reliability and security.

Proven experience leading product teams in onboarding verification or payments in gambling fintech or regulated industries.
Strong understanding of KYC AML fraud prevention and verification technologies.
Experience optimising customer journeys with measurable business outcomes.
Hands-on product management expertise : defining roadmaps prioritising features and leading cross-functional delivery.
Strong people leadership : building high-performing teams mentoring and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills able to influence across Product Risk Compliance and Commercial teams
Desirable skills youve got up your sleeve
It would be great if you also have some of the following skills :
In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets including odds calculation betting types and market trends
Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations
Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions ensuring adherence to legal standards
Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies
Experience managing multiple brands or geographies with different regulatory requirements.
Exposure to vendor evaluation onboarding technology stack or identity verification integrations.
Strong analytical mindset : comfortable interpreting data running experiments and using insights to drive product decisions.
Familiarity with modern onboarding innovations such as biometrics instant verification and AI-powered fraud checks
