Essential Requirements
Education & Experience
- Minimum : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Practical experience in HR field desirable
- Experience in payroll / HR environment required

Query Management
Act as primary contact for employee HR queries via Employee Contact Centre, email and telephoneProvide accurate and timely resolutions based on company policies and proceduresTrack all queries within ticketing system and ensure SLA complianceEscalate complex payroll, benefits, or data management inquiries to specialistsEmployee Data & Systems Management
Process employee job-related changes using SAP HRP workflows including :Loading new starters
Processing leaversHandling promotionsManaging working time changesMaintain and update employee personnel and job-related dataArchive employee data and files as requiredContract & Document Administration
Create contractual documents including :New starter contracts
Leaver lettersPromotion lettersDepartment of Labour formsComplete HR requests such as certificates, payslips, and referencesEnsure document posting and emailing according to SLAPayroll & Reporting Support
Send electronic payslips and time statements to service providers monthlyPrepare ad-hoc HR reports for South African businessesSupport invoice processing, payments, and cross-chargingAssist with budget management and reportingSystem & Knowledge Management
Maintain HR Portal content accuracy and updatesUpdate and maintain employee query knowledge baseCollaborate on document changes with service providers, legal, and HRM teamsGeneral Administration
Conduct employment reference and credit checks using online systemsPerform general office duties including archiving, correspondence managementManage stationary stock and office administrationNB :
