Job descriptionPlan and assign workloads to meet operational goals and KPIs. Ensure operations comply with company policies, safety regulations, and SOPs. SAP System Expertise : Generate and analyze SAP reports for monitoring shift performance. Train and support team on SAP procedures. Team Management : Provide coaching, feedback, and administer corrective actions. Manage employee timekeeping and attendance. Inventory & Quality Control : Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies. Maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment. Safety & Compliance : Lead safety briefings, audits, and incident investigations. Prevent theft, loss, and ensure compliance. Required : Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration degree is a plus. 3-5 years of warehouse supervisory experience. Proficiency in SAP WM / EWM is essential. Experience in night shift management. Strong warehouse / logistics management knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Operational Leadership & Management :
Supervise and coordinate daily night shift activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory cycle counts.
Utilize SAP WM / EWM to process goods receipts, orders, put-aways, picking, and shipping confirmations.
Lead, motivate, and manage warehouse associates.
Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting.
Enforce health and safety protocols and security procedures.
Qualifications and Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent.
