- NQF Level 6 qualification or a bachelors degree in information communication technology (ICT) or related field (e.g. Information Systems Business Transformation).
- Change Management Certification (e.g. Prosci APMG or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Change Management role.
- Proven experience working within large enterprise organizations (1000 users).
- Minimum 3 years experience in developing managing and implementing organizational change programmes.
