About the Role :

Oxyon is looking for a dynamic, hands-on Site Liaison / Site Administrator to join our team at an active construction site in Limpopo. This role is key to maintaining smooth internal operations, resolving employee concerns, and ensuring accurate site administration and reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle employee queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional, solutions-focused manner

Support disciplinary processes and internal relations in alignment with company policies

Manage all site-based administrative duties and ensure timely reporting to the Operations Manager

Maintain accurate records and documentation (attendance registers, incident reports, etc.)

Serve as a critical communication point between site workers and head office

Minimum Requirements :

Matric (Grade 12)

1–3 years of construction site experience (essential)

Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (must be willing to travel to site daily)

Male candidates preferred due to on-site operational logistics

Administration certificate or related qualification will be a strong advantage
