Site Construction Manager

Key Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years experience in a site construction management role.
• Project Management experience
• Thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures related to site operations.
• Must be based in Gauteng , but willing and able to travel and stay overnight as needed between project sites in Limpopo and Melrose .
• Proficient in MS Projects and other relevant site management tools.
• Demonstrates leadership and management skills , with a strong ability to supervise teams and drive project timelines.
• Must be organised , detail-oriented , and professional at all times.
• Strong commitment to quality control and compliance standards.
• Honest, ethical, and reliable no job hoppers will be considered.
• Humble , with positive energy and a team-oriented attitude .
• No formal degree required, but hands-on site experience is essential.
