We are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Advisor .
The HR Advisor provides first-line HR support to employees and managers within the UK Strategic Business Unit, ensuring consistent, efficient, and people-focused delivery of HR services. Operating as the first point of contact within the HR team, the role balances administrative accuracy, people operations, and employee relations case support. This position is pivotal in embedding a positive employee experience, ensuring compliance, and supporting the development of a high-performance culture.

HRIS platforms (e.g., Cascade, Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar).
Payroll systems (experience supporting monthly payroll processes).

Collaboration tools such as MS Teams, SharePoint.
Qualifications
Certifications
Preferred / Advantageous
CIPD Level 3 Certificate in People Practice (or working towards).
CIPD Level 5 Diploma in People Management (desirable for future progression).
