Role - HR Generalist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in core HR functions and a passion for people development. The successful candidate will have at least five years of experience in a similar position and will play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes : job advertising, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Provide guidance on employee relations matters in line with company policies and labour legislation
Identify training needs and coordinate development programs across departments
Assist in managing performance review cycles
Oversee payroll input and ensure accurate monthly processing in coordination with external payroll providers
Compile and analyze HR metrics and reports to support data-driven decision-making through surveys and engagement
Contribute to HR initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, retention, and policy implementation
Qualifications & Experience
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
