Key Responsibilities

Operational Management : Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals.Strategic Leadership : Develop and communicate the company's vision and strategy.Lead business planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for multiple agents (servicing and business solutions).

Drive technology and competitive analysis to maintain a market edge.Business Development : Achieve sales, profit, and growth targets.Source new joint ventures and build strong relationships with partners.Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Team Leadership : Lead a senior, dynamic management team, ensuring alignment with company vision and performance goals.Manage agents across different locations.Marketing and Thought Leadership : Develop and maintain a media profile to position the company as an industry thought leader.Oversee a diverse marketing portfolio to enhance brand visibility.Innovation and Client Focus : Innovate technology to enhance client experiences.Anticipate market trends and client's needs, to maintain a competitive advantage.

Qualifications and Experience

Education : Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (required).MBA is highly advantageous.Experience : 10+ years in senior management with a proven track record of leading high- performance teams.Strong knowledge of manufacturing (essential).

Knowledge of factory automation, machine tools, and CNC machines (highly advantageous).

Experience in strategic planning and execution to improve competitive advantage and profitability.

Skills
