Full job description
An Online Electronics, CNC, and Laser Company in South Africa is seeking for a driven Technical Support Consultant to join our young and dynamic team. This is a superb opportunity to learn and grow within the company. The candidate will assist in the technical support department and after sales department which forms part of supporting customers, providing training, and other related tasks. The incumbent will also perform some sales tasks like sending out Invoices and dealing with day-to-day operations.
The individual will also assist with packing of orders that are placed online. Assisting with stock take.
Ultimately, you should be able to support customers, assist with technical queries as a priority, and assist the sales team where possible. After sales support plays a critical role in ensuring our customers are happy with the products and can depend on our support channels. The position also entails providing customers with advice based on the requirements. The candidate must be able to adapt to changes and learn the industry trends. The candidate must be technically inclined and hands-on, and the willingness to learn.
The position is work from home and in office. Mondays to Fridays.
Laptop and company cell-phone will be provided.
