Overview
Remote-based role open to South African applicants based in South Africa, working Monday to Friday, UK working hours. We partner with ambitious brands across the UK and Middle East to deliver real, measurable growth. As we expand our footprint in Dubai, we’re looking for a Digital Account Director / Performance Director to join our team and drive integrated performance across SEO, Paid Search, and Paid Social. This is a senior, client-facing role where strategy, storytelling, and results intersect. You’ll lead high-growth performance accounts, shape digital strategy across multiple markets, and help scale our presence in one of the most exciting regions in the world for digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Own the room. Lead client relationships across Dubai and the wider client base, acting as the trusted strategic partner to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Lead with performance. Build and execute high-impact, integrated strategies across SEO, Paid Search, and Paid Social — designed to drive qualified leads, revenue growth, and lasting ROI.
- Bring the data to life. Use GA4, Looker Studio, and advanced analytics to translate insights into compelling stories that guide client decisions.
- Inspire and elevate. Mentor and empower our SEO, Paid Media, and Analytics teams to deliver work that turns heads and moves metrics.
- Stay ahead of the curve. Experiment with emerging platforms, AI-powered tools, and next-generation ad tech to keep our clients ahead of the competition.
- Grow the business. Spot opportunities to expand client accounts and play a key role in winning new ones as the organisation continues to scale.
- Able to travel 4-5 times globally per year.
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in performance marketing within an agency environment.Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns across SEO, Paid Search, and Paid Social.Strong understanding of GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Looker Studio.Confident with data-driven decision making, forecasting, and performance reporting.Commercially sharp — able to manage budgets, deliver growth, and speak the language of ROI.Exceptional communication and presentation skills — comfortable in boardrooms, not just dashboards.A natural leader who can energise teams, inspire clients, and help build success in the Dubai market.Benefits
