Our client, a growing UK-based education recruitment agency, is looking for enthusiastic  360 Recruiters  to support their expansion across global markets. You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle — from engaging schools in the UK to sourcing high-quality contingent and contract candidates internationally.

You don’t need a background in education recruitment, but  experience placing candidates internationally  — particularly in service-driven sectors like healthcare — is essential. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process for international placements into UK schools.
• Initiate and maintain strong relationships with school clients across the UK, understanding their staffing needs.
• Source, screen, and onboard international candidates for contingent and contract roles.
• Handle compliance, documentation, and relocation processes in line with international recruitment standards.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth placements and high client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and regularly report on recruitment pipeline activity.
