Description
We are seeking a driven and experienced Recruitment Team Leader to take ownership of performance, accountability, and results across our recruitment team. This is a hands-on role where you will continue billing personally while also coaching and guiding a team of consultants to hit targets. A major focus will be on global / offshore recruitment, building international talent pipelines, and ensuring KPI discipline is met to deliver high-quality outcomes for both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Accountability : Run daily huddles, weekly pipeline reviews, and monthly performance reviews. Enforce accountability for team KPIs (calls, interviews, placements) while motivating consultants to achieve results.
- Hands-On 360° Recruitment : Manage your own recruitment desk — sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
- Global / Offshore Hiring : Develop and execute strategies to attract and secure top offshore talent, ensuring compliance with local practices.
- Performance Management : Track and report on consultant activity, pipeline progress, and overall team results.
- Workforce Planning : Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment delivery with business goals.
- Business Development & Client Support : Support consultants in generating leads, nurture key client accounts, and step in to strengthen client relationships where needed.
- Talent Pipeline Building : Implement proactive sourcing and pooling strategies to deliver consistent offshore recruitment outcomes.
- Process & Continuous Improvement : Drive efficiency, adopt best practices, and introduce tools that scale both individual and team performance.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Recruitment Team Leader, Senior Recruiter, or Recruitment Manager.Strong background in 360-degree recruitment, with a mix of billing and leadership responsibilities.Demonstrated success in offshore / international hiring and building global talent pipelines.KPI-driven, commercially minded, and target-focused, with a proven ability to enforce accountability.Excellent coaching and leadership skills, with the ability to lift individual and team performance.Skilled in recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing techniques.Adaptable, proactive, and motivated to drive both personal and team growth.Benefits
