Qualifications and Experience
Education :
- Matric (Grade 12) essential .
- Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration, Sales, or Business Management advantageous .
Experience :
24 years experience in administration and telesales (preferably in an office automation, ICT, or service-based company ).Experience with office automation products (e.g., Canon, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Kyocera, HP) advantageous.Experience using CRM systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) essential.Skills and Competencies
