REQUIREMENTS :
Bid Administration and sales support
- Bid sourcing - Identify potential tenders from various sources and present them for shortlisting
- Bid co-ordination (project management) - administration of tenders within the ConnectWise system, resourcing of relevant parties, co-ordination of workflow and tasks and following up with respective parties to ensure tenders are delivered on time
- Completion of all tender documents and filing of documents in Sharepoint
- Assisting with tender-related proposals
