Core Responsibilities
Grow Givaudan business with designated accounts by managing top and bottom lines Assume lead role for all Givaudan activities for designated accountsCultivate customer relationships with key decision-makers, positioning Givaudan as preferred supplierDevelop, communicate and implement strategic ADPs, sales forecasts, and budget for key accounts, with clear KPIsManage brief pipeline (quality and quantity of projects) to achieve growth plans Defend base business in key markets and with key customersNegotiate pricing agreements within guidelines and manage credit, pricing, rebates, etc. for key accountsYour Professional experience
University degree4-6 years successful sales, marketing or customer relationship experience in food or related industryDemonstrated ability to apply strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting skills to develop ADPs Thorough knowledge of customers and competitionUnderstanding of customer strategy, initiatives, priorities, launch processes, and how to position Givaudan offeringsPossesses thorough understanding of profitability goals for key accountsCan effectively execute all account management steps in the brief handling process; understands how to manage scale-upsCan effectively generate new business by identifying unmet customer needs Ability to build strong relationships with key customer decision-makersOur benefits
