Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Key Account Manager located in Johannesburg. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing and executing business plans, analysing client needs, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will include maintaining strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning abilities
• Experience in Account Management and handling Key Accounts in public sector
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
• Knowledge of the travel management industry essential
• Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
