A Day in the Life
As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with Pharmacies, Doctors and Distributor. You will be a trusted advisor, working closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs, develop customized solutions, and deliver exceptional results.Key Responsibilities :
Account Management :
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with Pharmacies, Doctors and Distributor, becoming their trusted advisor and L'Oréal expert.Strategic Planning & Execution :
Create and execute impactful annual business plans for your accounts, leveraging your understanding of commercial agreements, marketing strategies, and retail opportunities to drive growth and profitability.Negotiation & Deal Making :
Lead complex negotiations with key accounts, securing favorable terms and maximizing profitability.Performance Analysis & Optimization :
Continuously track account performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize results.Collaboration & Communication :
Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance) to ensure seamless execution and deliver a unified message to your accounts.Team Leadership & Development :
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Technical & Professional Competencies Required :
Strong Business Acumen :
A deep understanding of retail dynamics, sales drivers, and the ability to develop winning account strategies that align with business objectives.Exceptional Relationship Building Skills :
Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.Analytical & Data-Driven Mindset :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager at a national level.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory, with a strong command of data analysis techniques.Operational knowledge of SAP systems is essential.Sales / Retail / Business Development jobs
