Overview

We are looking for an exceptional hospitality professional to join our team in Johannesburg. If you’ve thrived in a 5-star hotel or boutique hospitality environment, particularly in concierge, guest relations, or front-of-house—and want to bring your five-star service skills into a dynamic client-focused role, we’d love to hear from you.

Location : Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for VIP clients & visitors
Coordinate access control & visitor management
Liaise between security teams & clients to anticipate needs
Maintain professional records & reports

What you bring

3+ years in 5-star / boutique hospitality (concierge / front-of-house)

Proven experience in hotels, resorts, or large-scale hospitality operations.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field (would be advantageous)

Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

Strong organizational ability & discretion with information

Willingness to work rotating day / night shifts

Proficiency in hospitality software (Opera, Fidelio) and Microsoft Office.
