Reservations Consultant

In this pivotal role, youll manage bookings across multiple platforms, ensure smooth communication between guests and operational teams, and support occupancy and revenue forecasting all while upholding the refined standards that define luxury travel. Candidate Requirements :

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in tourism / travel call centre or reservations
• Valid RSA ID
• Drivers License beneficial, or access to reliable transport
• Have excellent administration skills and be able to manage all tasks pertaining to reservations.
• Be computer literate and have working knowledge of PMS systems Nebula, eRes, Opera
• Have a good command of the English language verbal and written
• Must be very organized and have excellent time management skills
• Work well under pressure and have good problem solving skills
• Be a team player and work well in an office environment

Live out, office based position
