Experience & Skills
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a reservations department or tourism / travel call centre, preferably handling multiple properties.
Strong proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel : intermediate to advanced).
Familiarity with hospitality systems such as eRES / Nebula, Opera Cloud, Apex, and CRM platforms.
Qualifications & Attributes
Matric (minimum); a relevant tertiary qualification in tourism / hospitality is advantageous.
Valid South African ID.
Professional, presentable, and customer service–oriented.
Dynamic, self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
