Developments Manager

Minimum Requirements :

• Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer
• Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Developments Manager or in a similar senior conveyancing role
• Strong leadership and managerial skills , with the ability to oversee a team and manage departmental operations
• Excellent business acumen with a proactive mindset towards growth, lead generation, and market intelligence sharing
• Thorough understanding of property development processes , business strategy , and transactional workflows
• Solid understanding of market research methods , with the ability to identify and resolve problem areas timeously and escalate issues to Directors when required
• Experience managing HR-related functions , ensuring effective utilization of internal systems and information management
• Proven ability to train and mentor new staff on internal processes and systems, ensuring compliance with firm standards and procedures
• Must have own reliable transport
