The Dispatch Clerk will be responsible for dispatch documentation, coordination, and customer service at the point of goods collection or shipment.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare delivery notes and invoices.
- Coordinate courier and customer collections.
- Communicate delays and resolve dispatch issues.
- Support packing and checking where needed.
- Maintain the dispatch register and records.
