We are hiring an Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide high-level administrative support manage communications and ensure the smooth operation of the CEOs office.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage the CEOs calendar schedule appointments and coordinate meetings efficiently.
Arrange and oversee travel plans itineraries and logistics for the CEO.
Serve as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders.
Draft edit and manage correspondence emails and communications on behalf of the CEO.
Maintain confidential files records and important documents for the CEOs office.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
Organize and coordinate executive-level meetings including preparing agendas and necessary materials.
Support the monitoring of budgets allocated for the CEOs office.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in executive support or administrative roles.
Skills :
Excellent organizational time-management and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in office software and calendar management tools.
Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate the CEOs needs.
