GC Solar is looking for a driven and results-oriented BusinessDeveloper to join our expanding team in either our Johannesburg head officeor Cape Town branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude foridentifying new business opportunities, nurturing strategic relationships, anddriving revenue growth within the renewable energy and electricalinfrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
Identifyand engage prospective clients across targeted sectors.Developand implement strategies to open new markets and drive revenue growth.Maintaina robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Buildstrong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, andstrategic partners.Attendindustry events, expos, and client meetings to promote GC Solar’s valueproposition.Sales Strategy & Market Expansion
Conductmarket analysis to identify trends and opportunities.Collaboratewith internal teams to align product offerings with market demands.Achieveor exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Reporting & CRM
Maintainaccurate records of interactions, leads, and conversions using our CRMsystem.Provideregular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline development.Requirements

Qualifications
NationalDiploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.Experience
Minimum2 years in a business development or B2B sales role.Experiencein the renewable energy, solar, or electrical industry is highlyadvantageous.Skills
Strongnegotiation and networking abilities.Excellentcommunication and presentation skills.Self-motivated,with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strategicthinker with a commercial mindset.Additional Requirements
Validdriver’s license and own vehicle.Willingnessto travel between branches and to client sites nationally.Flexibilityto attend after-hours events when required.What We Offer
