InBeat is a rapidly growing influencer marketing agency partnering with some of the world’s most ambitious brands, including Shark Ninja, Miro, Descript, and Nielsen. We run high-volume influencer campaigns, blending data-driven strategy with a deep understanding of culture and creativity. As we scale, we’re building a dedicated Influencer Marketing department designed to lead the industry in both strategic thinking and executional excellence.

The Role

We’re looking for a Head of Influencer Marketing to build, scale, and lead our Influencer Marketing function. This is a department head role, reporting into the executive team, with responsibility for both strategy and operations across 20+ growing client accounts (scaling to 30+ in the next six months).

• A team of Influencer Strategists (owning campaign strategy across accounts).
• A Lead Influencer Coordination Manager & a team of Coordinators (who in turn oversees Influencer Managers and Coordinators running the day-to-day campaigns).

This means you’ll own the entire department, directly managing senior strategists and building leadership layers under you. You’ll be responsible for scaling both the team structure and the client portfolio , while ensuring we deliver world class influencer campaigns at scale.
