As Guest Experience Manager at Cohost, your role is to ensure that every guest receives a seamless, high-quality stay while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations across our properties. You will be the first point of contact for guests, uphold hospitality standards, manage check-ins and apartment readiness, and play a key role in keeping our listings, checklists, and feedback systems running at the highest level. Your energy, attention to detail, and hands-on attitude will directly shape how guests experience and how we maintain our reputation for quality and service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest messages and inquiries promptly and professionally
• Upsell services like tours and transfers
• Welcome guests at selected properties and follow up during their stay
• Assign guest-related tasks to team members
• Monitor and respond to guest reviews
• Resolve guest issues and oversee property standards
• Coordinate with cleaners and maintenance teams
• Perform cleanliness checks and keep checklists updated
• Schedule deep cleans and regular maintenance
• Prepare apartments for check-ins and ensure all amenities are stocked
• Style properties for photoshoots and owner stays
• Inspect and document properties after problematic guest stays
• Report damages and ensure units are restored to perfect condition
