Tractor Driver

Location : Stellenbosch | Luxury Wine Estate | Salary : R7,000 – R8,000 Negotiable DOE

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a skilled and reliable Tractor Driver to join a busy luxury wine estate in Stellenbosch. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of vineyard activities and ensuring all tasks are carried out efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities :

Operate and maintain tractors and other farm machinery safely and efficiently

Assist with vineyard activities, including spraying, soil preparation, and harvesting

Transport equipment, materials, and produce around the farm as required

Perform basic maintenance and promptly report any mechanical issues

Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements :

Preferably 2 years’ previous experience in vineyard or agricultural work

Familiarity with agricultural operations and vineyard practices

Valid truck / driver’s licence

Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Ability to lift heavy objects and remain on your feet for long periods

Basic understanding of irrigation systems

Ability to read, write, and understand English or Afrikaans

Honest, flexible, accountable, punctual, and self-disciplined

Willingness to learn and work overtime, including weekends
