Job descriptionDeliver tailored training sessions to surgeons and theatre staff, ensuring safe and efficient use of Zimmer Biomet products. Provide real-time support during surgeries as needed to assist clinical teams. Lead sales generation activities within Platinum, Gold, and Silver customers. Manage logistics for procedure planning and consignment stock. Represent Zimmer Biomet during product demonstrations and educational initiatives. Strong knowledge of orthopaedics and competitive products, with clinical expertise. Excellent training and presentation skills that engage and educate healthcare professionals. Ability to adapt to different hospital practices while maintaining Zimmer Biomet protocols. Effective problem-solving skills and confident communication. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Bachelor's degree or equivalent clinical experience required. Proven networking capabilities and business acumen to identify, plan, and execute customer service strategies. Deep understanding of technical medical language and anatomy to interact confidently with surgeons and theatre staff. Team player with a willingness to learn and grow within the company. Full driving license is essential. Frequent travel to hospitals and healthcare facilities within the assigned region is required to provide onsite support and training.
