Key Duties & Responsibilities :
- Advertising & Campaigns : Write and publish professional job adverts across platforms (Placement Partner, PNet, LinkedIn, social media), ensuring compliance with non-discrimination policies.
- Sourcing : Actively source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, and networking, while building and maintaining a comprehensive candidate database.
- Candidate Management : Screen, interview, and qualify candidates according to client specifications. Conduct competency-based interviews and ensure thorough candidate checks (MIE, references, employment verification).
- Priming & Preparation : Prepare candidates for interviews, providing guidance on roles, companies, and interview panels.
- Administration : Maintain accurate records, type CVs in company format, update Placement Partner, and ensure professional documentation at all times.
- Client Engagement : Support client servicing through regular check-ins, assisting in qualifying job specs, and preparing professional candidate submissions.
- Business Development : Support consultants in generating new business opportunities through networking, candidate conversion, and research.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain professional relationships with both candidates and clients to encourage repeat business.
- Targets & Planning : Work towards agreed weekly, monthly, and annual targets, with consistent progress tracking and reporting.
