Job description

Data Scientist Position

Are you a Data Scientist with a passion for solving complex problems in the financial services industry? One of our clients, a consulting firm, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join their team and help drive business success for our clients.

The following will be required from the perfect candidate :

  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identifying valuable data sources and creating processes for collecting, parsing, managing, and refining data
  • Developing advanced analytics and machine learning models to uncover insights and support decision-making
  • Communicating findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams through clear and compelling data visualizations and presentations
  • Continuously monitoring and analysing model performance, and making updates and improvements as necessary
