Role Purpose
Create and execute end-to-end, integrated marketing campaigns across all relevant channels, including digital, non-digital, social, paid media and events, to boost the sales pipeline, support retention initiatives and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing or related qualification
- Post-graduate qualification in a related field
- 5-7 years experience in campaign management
- Exposure to the insurance industry
Duties & Responsibilities
Ensures digital campaigns are trafficked effectively to achieve expected performance targetsEnsures campaigns are set up correctly and call to actions match the contentProactively reviews and manages client data to ensure optimal performance on all campaignsTracks and reports on campaign results, gathers data analysis and participates in weekly callsOversees the campaigns' performance against key performance indicatorsDevelops and maintains relationships with all affected teams to nurture performance growthDelivers accurate campaign setups and thorough testingHas high level knowledge of SEO, adwords, keywordsDeploys site side tracking across multiple tag management solutions (e.g. GTM)Supports operational activities and drives excellence in customer service through accurate and consistent delivery and supplier operationsSupports a culture of operational excellence in all client operations processes and activitiesEnsure monthly reporting and insights sessions take place and that the actionable outcomes are implemented by specialistsIntegrate and articulate digital thinking, platforms and solutions within the marketing and digital teamsCompetencies
