Job descriptionProven track record in business development within financial services, telecoms, insurance, or a similar service industry. Extensive experience working with SMEs or comparable clientele. Proficiency in marketing and pitching Group Life, Group Funeral, Group Medical Insurance, and related products to corporate clients. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effortlessly with business owners and executive teams. Strong numerical aptitude and exceptional communication skills are a must. Preference given to candidates with insurance qualifications such as FAIS - RE1 / RE5. Willingness to travel and relocate as necessary. Comfortable thriving in a high-pressure, target-driven environment. Competitive basic salary of R25,000 per month. Uncapped commission structure to reward your success. Company vehicle provided, along with a fuel card. Cellular allowance to cover communication expenses.
