Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Cape Town.

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.

They will also be responsible for developing HR policies and procedures, maintaining employee records, and managing benefits and payroll.

The HR Manager will offer guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and Onboarding skills
• Experience in Performance Management and Employee Relations
• Knowledge of Labor Laws and Compliance
• Experience in developing HR Policies and Procedures
• Payroll and Benefits Administration skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
