Job Description

Your key responsibilities will in priori be :

• Establish, lead, and grow the internal digital marketing division
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Plan, create, and optimize paid promotional campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn etc.)
• Oversee website updates, SEO / SEM, analytics, and conversion optimization
• Manage content creation, branding, and digital storytelling
• Track performance KPIs and provide insights using analytics tools
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate spend effectively

Qualifications

Skills

Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Suite, AI Design, Canva, etc.

Strong knowledge of WordPress and website content management

Hands-on experience using email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp)

Excellent copywriting and content creation skills

Experience in video production, editing, and basic motion graphics

Strong expertise in paid advertising, SEO, and analytics tools (Google Suite, Meta Business Manager, etc.)

Skilled in analytical platforms such as GA4 (Google Analytics), Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads

Proficient in social media marketing, community engagement, and audience growth strategies

Confident leader with the ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage campaigns end-to-end

Experience with YouTube optimisation, channel management, and performance tracking

Creative and proactive, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement

Data-driven approach to making decisions and refining campaigns
