What You’ll Be Doing
- End-to-end 360 recruitment across the US permanent market.
- Using best-in-class recruitment tech, automation tools, and deep market data to fuel your desk.
- Driving business development, closing deals, and consistently delivering $350k+ in annual billings.
- Reporting into a performance-led, remote-first environment where outcomes matter more than hours
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Proven billing track record : $350k+ annually in US perm recruitment (non-negotiable).Strong experience placing mid-to-senior professionals across any US vertical.Exceptional relationship builder with a "client-first, candidate-always" mindset.Ambitious, self-motivated, and obsessed with over-delivering.Based in South Africa, with ability to work US-aligned hours.Working Hours
Monday to Friday : 2 : 00 PM – 11 : 00 PM SAST (with a 1-hour break).
