Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented professional to join the team and help turn ideas into action. In this role, you will assist with current projects, conduct research, and help implement new services, making a direct impact on business growth. You’ll contribute to developing procedures, expanding client networks, and maintaining a strong social media presence. Schedule
Monday to Friday from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM CST (USA)
Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To :
- Assisting with current projects and planning new initiatives
- Following up with clients and cultivating relationships
- Conducting competitor research and market analysis to validate business ideas
- Helping implement new services and ensuring smooth execution
- Assisting with travel planning and coordination
- Supporting the growth of the client network and portfolio
- Sending seasonal or special occasion communications to clients
- Managing and posting content on social media
- Developing and implementing procedures and SOPs for client follow‑ups and business operations
- Proposing ideas to optimize processes and enhance business outcomes
What We’re Looking For :
