Accountant

Senior Accountant job vacancy in Germiston.

Seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant with 5+ years’ experience to join a busy office in Germiston.

This role is central to managing transactions, reconciliations, VAT, and preparing accurate financial reports that support decision-making.

You will work closely with management and external accountants to ensure compliance and maintain financial efficiency in a growing business.

Salary : R40 000 – R50 000 CTC per month.

Minimum Requirements :

• Degree in Accounting (essential).
• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in a full function accounting role.
• Advanced proficiency in Pastel Partner (non-negotiable).
• Strong financial reporting, reconciliations, VAT, and cashflow management skills.
• Knowledge of foreign exchange contracts.
• Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational ability.
• Clear communicator, confident liaising with management, clients, and external accountants.
• Familiarity with South African accounting standards and statutory compliance.
