About Us :
We are a growing cleaning company in the UK seeking a Recruitment Operations Assistant . You’ll assist the recruitment team with candidate sourcing, onboarding, and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Contact candidates for short phone interviews
- Maintain accurate online profiles and records
- Keep Excel sheets updated with recruitment data
- Manage emails and calendars in Outlook
- Support the team with general administrative tasks
- Answer incoming calls and record messages
