We are looking for a Patient Consultant on a full-time basis (Remote : Pretoria or Johannesburg based)

We are looking for a Patient Consultant on a full-time basis (Remote : Pretoria or Johannesburg based)

As a Patient Consultant, you accompany our patients along their journey with the Weight Doctors – beginning with the initial contact, continuing to their treatment day and through to their post-treatment support.

Your responsibilities :

• Provide first contact support to patients
• Carry out consultations; understanding the patients’ needs to share treatment recommendations
• Ensure patient wellbeing before, during and after their treatment
• Documentation and medical compliance;
• Treatment planning and coordination;
• Collaborate with nutritionists, doctors and surgeons before and after treatments; and
• Travel to clinic locations as required (Pretoria, Johannesburg, Cape Town) - approx. 1 day per week.
