- To support the implementation and effective execution of all projects through management of study staff

Work closely with clinic staff and study management team to implement, monitor and evaluate study processesEnsure clinic is well equipped with necessary resourcesSupport peer educators in the recruitment of study participants in accordance with study protocolSupport and oversee study coordinators, nurses, floor coordinators and other staffCoordinate and troubleshoot operational activitiesLiaise with sponsors, serving as the first point of contact at the site, especially when new projects startCollect & analyse site data, and submit appropriate reports to management teamProvide regular study performance updates to staffIntegrate feedback into project implementation plan and subsequent progress reportsIdentify and escalate sites issues to management team as neededContribute to development of study-wide communications resourcesEnsure all key personnel are trained, and maintain documentation on the same for audit purposesProvide ongoing coaching, mentoring, feedback and support to staffParticipate in ongoing mentorship programmes initiated by other WRHI stakeholdersWork with study management team to periodically assess quality of services officered through the studyDevelop work plans with clear timelines for addressing the identified needs and prioritiesRequired minimum education and training :
Bachelors Degree or Diploma in a Scientific FieldRequired minimum work experience :
2-3 years relevant experience in a research environment and coordinating different sitesPrevious experience as a Study CoordinatorProficiency in MS officeDesirable additional education, work experience and personal abilities :
Quality Assurance and Control experience desirableGCP trainingAble to work independently in a high-pressure environmentAbility to work collaboratively in large, complex, multi-departmental, cross-functional teamsStrong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and pay attention to detailGood communication skillsTO APPLY :
