Key Responsibilities :

Conduct thorough inspections of repaired vehicles to ensure quality standards are met.

Review repair work to verify adherence to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.

Identify and document any defects or areas requiring rework.

Collaborate with technicians and workshop staff to address quality issues.

Ensure all repairs comply with relevant health and safety regulations.

Maintain accurate records of inspections, reworks, and quality reports.

Assist in training staff on quality standards and procedures.

Liaise with customers regarding repair quality and address any concerns.
