The primary responsibilities for our next Sales Development Manager will be to :

• Make a significant contribution to the digital transformation of the construction industry and Hilti's evolution as a leading software provider in the industry
• Responsible for the strategic and operational management of your customer base : planning customer acquisition measures, arranging customer appointments, advancing strategic initiatives, creating sales offers, negotiating contracts and expanding accounts
• Presentation and sale of state-of-the-art software and services digitally and on the phone (if necessary also on site at customers)
• Create, maintain and close deals through outbound qualificationImplementation of meaningful software demonstrations in front of potential new and existing customers
• Effectively collaborate with Marketing and other Sales departments to build a quality opportunity pipeline
• Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets
• Possibility to work mostly remotely
