The Role : Global Mobility Coordinator (GMC)

This office-based role is responsible for coordinating and managing relocation assignments throughout Africa. You will oversee the full lifecycle of services, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients. The role demands strong administrative, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with an ability to thrive under pressure and deliver high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the complete relocation process for corporate assignments across Africa.

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs.

Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism.

Collaborate with regional teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Solve logistical and service-related challenges quickly and creatively.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all relocation activities.

Ensure all documentation and administrative requirements are fulfilled.

About You

Minimum of 3 years experience in direct customer service.

Matric (Grade 12) qualification.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Confident problem solver with the ability to think on your feet.

Strong time management and ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

Resilient under pressure with strong stress management techniques.

High attention to detail and accuracy in administration.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

Adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented personality.

Desirable Experience

Background in logistics, HR mobility, or related fields.

Travel experience within Africa.

Fluency in an additional language (French, Portuguese, or Spanish preferred).

Experience living or working abroad.
