Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming parts shipments
- Organize and maintain parts inventory in designated storage areas
- Pick, pack, and dispatch parts orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate stock records using computerized inventory management systems
- Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
- Identify and report damaged, obsolete, or slow-moving stock
- Ensure proper storage conditions and security of all parts
- Assist customers and sales staff in locating specific parts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Process returns and warranty claims as required
- Generate inventory reports and assist with stock analysis
Essential Requirements
Grade 12 certificate (Matric)Computer literacy with proficiency in inventory management softwareExperience with stock control systems and proceduresStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood organizational and time management skillsPhysical ability to lift heavy items and work in a warehouse environmentBasic mathematical skills for inventory calculationsClear communication skills in EnglishPreferred Requirements
