Job description

Overview

We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships across the education, government, healthcare, corporate, and private sectors. The role focuses on managing existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth while supporting the delivery of tailored solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5 years’ experience in account management, sales, or business development (technology sector experience preferred).
  • Strong relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused, organized, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Ability to interpret data and provide insights to clients.

Subsequent Roles

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive sales and business growth within an assigned territory. The role focuses on proactively sourcing new business, servicing existing clients, and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs while consistently achieving sales targets.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Matric (Grade 12) is essential.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years proven sales experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
  • Customer-focused, adaptable, and willing to travel when required.

    Other Roles

    We are looking for a passionate Assistant Designer to help create and develop seasonal collections for our Retail and eCommerce channels. You will collaborate with a skilled design team, working with quality fabrics and factories to ensure your creative vision is realized. This role offers growth opportunities within the design team and the broader business.

    Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong commitment to learning and applying design and leadership principles.
  • Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel.
  • Solid design education or experience with a desire for continuous growth.
  • Technical fashion design skills, including garment construction knowledge.
  • Commitment to quality and delivering results that add value.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency.
  • Analytical mindset to identify business opportunities impacting growth and profitability.
  • Passion for the fashion industry, trends, and cultural influences.
  • Understanding of brand aesthetics and the ability to translate them into product.
  • Creative mindset with a drive to develop and execute innovative designs.
