Logistics Manager

A dynamic and fast-growing company in the manufacturing and distribution sector is looking for an experienced and motivated Head of Logistics to set up and lead a new logistics department. This is your chance to build systems from the ground up, manage a small existing team, and create a professional logistics function that supports the companys ambitious growth plans both locally and cross-border.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and establish the full logistics function : Inventory, warehousing, local deliveries, and exports.
• Take ownership of 4 storerooms at various locations, building a centralized and streamlined operation.
• Oversee and improve inventory control, warehouse organization, and stock visibility.
• Manage and support a team of 3 staff (2 drivers and 1 storeman).
• Coordinate cross-border shipments, ensuring smooth customs and delivery processes.
• Optimize last-mile delivery, route planning, and scheduling.
• Introduce or improve systems, SOPs, and reporting, to monitor logistics KPIs and reduce costs.
