Pay Range : $1200$1500 / month (Final offer depends on client approval and overall assessment of candidate skills and experience)

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and resilient Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound outreach to independent insurance agents. The SDR will be responsible for making high-volume daily calls with the primary goal of booking qualified meetings for the sales team.

This role is ideal for someone articulate determined and eager to learn; no prior insurance industry experience required.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 5075 outbound calls daily to independent insurance agents (not State Farm).
• Book qualified meetings directly into the sales calendar.
• Leverage HubSpot CRM and pre-built automated email campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of calls outcomes and next steps in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of prospects.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly activity / booking targets.
